1. Eligibility

   • The program is open to existing customers with accounts in good standing.

   • Referrers must have a valid, active account.

   • Referred individuals must be new customers (no previous purchases or accounts).

   • Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members may be ineligible.

2. Qualifying Referrals

   • The referred friend must make a qualifying purchase of at least $250

   • The purchase must be completed within 30 days of the referral.

   • Only one reward per successfully referred customer.

   • Self-referrals, fake accounts, or referrals to the same household/business are not allowed.

3. Rewards

   • Referrers receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card for each successful qualifying referral.

   • Rewards are issued via email within 30 days of purchase confirmation.

   • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   • Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the reward.

4. General Provisions

   • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

   • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity (including fake referrals, multiple accounts, or manipulation) will result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and possible account suspension/termination.

   • All decisions regarding eligibility and rewards are final.

   • These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana.

   • Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
